Shopping hours:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 4pm to 7pm
Saturdays 9am to 12noon
Teachers are invited to shop the MTR Free Store by appointment only!

Important Information for Teachers
Who can shop the MTR Free Store?
The MTR Free Store serves qualified full-time classroom teachers at Public Title 1 Elementary Schools in 70 communities in Greater Boston.
- We do not serve teachers at private or charter schools
- We do not serve teachers at virtual academies

How do I shop the MTR Free Store?
- Qualified teachers must book an appointment to shop
Please note: Teachers are eligible to shop once during the fall semester, and will be invited to shop again during the spring semester (January – May, 2025)
What do I need to bring with me to shop the MTR Free Store?
Teachers should BYOB!
- Teachers will be required to show their current district-issued ID badge to shop the MTR Free Store
We recommend that you bring your own boxes and bags for shopping.

Additional Information about shopping the MTR Free Store:
- Teachers will book a 30 minute appointment to shop
- There is a limit of 4 appointments per time slot
Planning to shop as a group? Book consecutive appointments and plan to come together as a group at the earlier time.
Once you book your appointment:
- You will receive an email confirmation
- You will receive the MTR Shopping Agreement as a Google Form within 5 business days
- You will receive appointment reminders as the date approaches
